We have deep roots in the community.
Sager Legal Advisors LLP was founded in 1993, and became Sager Nairne when Ron Nairne joined the firm in 2021, inspired by his deep roots in the West Vancouver community where he grew up. Ron’s father and grandfather were both senior architects at McCarter Nairne. This well-known and respected architecture firm was responsible for many prominent buildings, including the famous Marine Building in downtown Vancouver which was the tallest building in Canada for many years.
Ron studied commerce at UBC and graduated from UBC Law School in 1989. Over the past 35 years, Ron has represented clients in and out of the courtroom from all regions of B.C., Canada, and beyond, and now serves as managing partner at Sager Nairne. He gives back to the community as a board member for the Ambleside and Dundarave Business Improvement Association, and for Enhance West Van—a registered charity supporting enhanced programming at the West Vancouver Community Centre.
